Simple 5.6V voltage reference using a Zener diode. The Zener maintains a constant voltage across a load despite variations in the input voltage. The simulation shows the Zener I/V curve and output stability. A series resistor limits current through the Zener. Used as voltage references in power supplies, ADC circuits, and overvoltage protection.
